GUILD RULES
RANK EXPLANTIONS
Welcome
This guild has long been known for being a group of friendly, helpful people. We like to think of the guild as our online family here to socialize and have fun together. In WoW the musical we like to keep things casual, and treat it as a family environment. The guild is lead by Mstrspamella (ALTS are Richardboone Pengie & SamtheSham). It was started January 15th 2007 by Magma, who passed the leadership on to Magiere, then to Tamis, who then it passed to the current leader, MstrSpamella (Mister Spamella), who hold the guild rank of Producer and all of his alts are labled and ranked as Co-Producer so that you may find him no matter what alt we may currently be playing on. The ranking system in our guild mostly reflects the character's level. Any character Ranked at Cast star is either lv 70 or is a lv 70 alt. We rank this way so that our members know who all knows whats what in the game from having achieved the rank of lv 70. This way you know who may be able to answer quests and instance questions, or maybe even enlist them on a Instance run.
We are no longer allied with Welfare Epics, as they are not allowing non-guild members to go on runs with them. We are actively recuiting high level characters to do regular raids and instances. Bonsus for Tanks and Healers. We have toons that can make gear for you and we will help you get geared.
We are ACTIVELY looking for Guilds to join our Raid Alliance. All they have to do is have Guild Event Manager Version 3.1 (GEM3) and set channel to "wtmkoj" and do the same with Guild Alliance addon so we can cross chat via the guild chat.

Guild Rules
We don't have
a bunch of guild rules, but heres an idea of the kind of conduct
we like to see:
*Try not to swear overly much or act vulgar on the guild channel.
we are not trying to cut everything out, but keep in mind there
may be younger players around and members who may b offended by
things like vulgarity, rasist jokes, or talking about religion.
*We expect every1 to treat eachother with respect, and for u to
work together as a team. If you see some1 questing n the same region
as u are, send em a tell and team up. quests go much faster and
more plesantly that way and you get to know your fellow guildies
better :)
*We do have a set of guild bank rules, every1 is expected to read
and abide by them or you will have your bank privilages revoked.
*Do show your team spirit by wearing the guild tabbard. Yes you
may wear a tabbard you have earned in place of this to show personal
acheviment if u want.
* Most
IMPORTANT rule of all is if you wish access to the bank and to be
promoted above
Auditionee, YOU MUST REGISTER ON THE FORUMS!!!
Guidelines for Instance Help
As a general rule, we will help with QUESTS....WE DO NOT ASSIST ON FARMING RUNS OR POWER LEVELING. If you are not of a proper level to do a quest DO NOT ASK FOR HELP.
1) Peer groups are preferred. It is preferred for
guild members to group with guild peers of comparable level for
dungeon runs and questing. This allows for maximal development of
skills and relationships. If guild peers are not available it is
still preferable to group with non-guild peers, for the same reasons.
Utilizing the time of a high level guild member to quickly complete
a dungeon or quest line should be considered a last resort and strictly
up to High level guild member..
a. If a high level guild member would like to conduct run-throughs,
fine.
b. Special circumstances need to be taken into consideration when
considering dungeon runs, for example, dungeons runs to get special
mounts or class quests may be sufficient justification for assistance
from higher level guild members.
2) Opt-in methods are preferred. Requests for assistance are best
delivered as an “opt-in” in guild chat, as opposed to personal messages
for requests. In other words, it is more polite to let guild members
“opt-in” or elect to reply to a request, than to put them in the
position of ‘opting out’ or saying “no” to your request. Now, of
course if you know someone pretty well there’s likely no harm in
asking directly in a private tell.

GUILD RAID RULES
Leadership
There will be no more than three guild officers who will have similar
decision making abilities as the guild leader. These officers (Raid
Leaders) will act in lieu of the guild leader being present. The
Main Raid Leaders are Stylesbowsna and Liannbig. It is the purpose
of the raid leaders are to organize the raid and determine who will
be going on which runs. During the setup and actual run, their word
is law and they only answer to the Guild Leader.
Looting
ALL BLUE AND PURPLE ITEMS WILL GIVEN ON AS NEEDED BASIS. ANY ITEM
THAT CAN NOT BE USED IS TO BE EITHER DE’D, PUT IN THE GUILD BANK
OR SOLD AND THE MONEY PUT IN THE GUILD BANK
The order of loot priority is as follows:
Need – The player can demonstrate a
need for the item being looted as an upgrade
to an item they currently
own. The loot will be given to the person who will benefit the most
from the item.
IF IT SEEMS TWO OR MORE HAVE THE SAME LEVEL OF NEED,
THEY WILL ROLL FOR IT.
Desire – A rare drop status item, such as a mount, will be rolled for by everyone.
EACH PERSON ONLY GETS ONE ITEM PER
RUN UNTIL EVERYONE ELSE WHO IS OF THE
SAME CLASS GETS A TURN. IF
THERE ARE THREE HUNTERS, THE FIRST HUNTER TO GET AN ITEM WILL PASS
UNTIL THE OTHER TWO HUNTERS GET AN
ITEM ALSO. EVEN IF THEY ARE THE
NEEDEST. THIS WAY EVERYONE GETS A SHOT AT THE LOOT.
Items that can not be used by a player
will be disenchanted and the loot given to the raid leader. The
disenchanted items will be kept and used for enchants for guild
members.
Guild Rules
1. No complaining! Understand that you won’t always be able to go
on the run. The needs of the guild and make up of
the team comes first. Understand that the loot you are looking
for may go to someone else because they need it more than you do.
2. Know what you need. Visit WoW information
websites like wowwiki.com or wowhead.com to see what loot drops
on each boss. When you’re fighting the boss, be ready to speak up
if an item you need drops.
Be ready to show that the item is an
upgrade to your current item.
3. Be on time. When the guild is scheduled
to start at 11:00pm server time, you need to be online, at the instance
and ready to go 10 minutes of 11:00pm. If you are late, a standby
will be used in your place.
4. Be prepared. When the guild enters
the instance, you need to have all of the food, supplies, reagents,
ammunition, potions, elixirs and/or flasks that your character needs
to be able to perform at peak efficiency. Know what you need, and
don’t expect to be able to do a reagents run halfway through the
instance.
5. Be Geared!!! Wow-heroes.com ranks
your characters gear with a gear score. As of the time of this writing,
if your gear score on
Wow-heroes.com is below 100, you need to run
more Battle Grounds/heroic instances in order to be considered ready
for Raids.
6. The guild will choose add ons and
UI mods to help the raid. You need to know what ones the guild requires,
and have them installed, updated and verified to be working. At
this time we recommend Omen/KHThreat Meter, Deadly Boss Mod.
7. Know your role(s). If you are expected
to DPS, you should know how to do it well.
If you are expected to tank, you should know how to keep and maintain
aggro. You should be an expert at playing whatever class you enter
the guild with.
8. Do not delay the team. Different
from “be on time”, this rule simply means that we are there to get
the job done and screwing around gets players anxious and impatient.
A good example of this would be excessive AFK’s. We will break for
Bio and snack breaks every other boss.
9. Maintain your attendance. Everyone
has life interfering with their game play now
and then, and this
is acceptable. After all, it’s only a game. Not being able to
make
runs however will affect the groups ability to reach their goals.
If you can’t make a run that you are scheduled to be on, let the
Guild or Raid Leader know as early as possible.
ALL NO SHOWS GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST AND WILL HAVE LAST PRIORITY
FOR RUNS FOR TWO WEEKS!!!
10. Be loyal. Know that the goal of the guild is to get you better
gear. As such, you are
expected to help other people in the guild
get better gear also.
Running 10 and 25 man instances in groups
other than the guild makes it harder
for the team to reach their
goals, if you are saved to another instance with out the guild.
Raider Repairs
As a reward to players who are raiding, the guild bank allows players
to pay for their
repairs with guild bank funds. The gold for these
repairs comes from donations to the
guild bank. Players may choose
to donate gold, or alternatively, donate any
Netherweave Cloth they
collect while in the field.
This cloth is turned into 16 slot bags,
which are sold in the Auction House, and the
funds donated back to the guild bank.
