Mission statement

We are providing communications for travelers and campers
with our array of products ranging from our branded "Link N Go"
Hotspots to Satellite Internet access. By placing our products in RV Resorts,
Campgrounds, Hotels and Marinas we are upholding our motto of "Keeping
In Touch While Traveling". As avid campers ourselves, we realized
the need and growing demand at campgrounds for better Internet access
than the existing standard of using 56K dial-up.

Our values are to put out the best product on the market and to achieve
98% customer satisfaction. We have a reputation of being honest and straightforward.
We will never cheat, wrong or defraud a customer

The RV industry is a booming market and as more RV'ers are going on the
road, the greater the demand will be for better and faster internet access,
so they can access their banking information, email and keep in touch
with family while on the road.

We are supplying service to thirteen locations to date and we are in negotiations
for eighteen more new sites. We are providing consulting on several housing
projects and urban centers across the country.

Management Team

The three major partners have had a wide array of experience running different business over the years, so we have knowledge of Retail Sales, Marketing, Advertising and Customer Service to guide us to supply the best service at the lowest cost to our customers. We have 80 years of combined experience in the computer industry and 60 years experience in retailing. Along with formal education in the computer field, we have the hands-on experience of working in the field with equipment to know what does and does not work.

Sales and Marketing/Chief Executive Officer: Jim Ames
Skills and experience: Serviced 10 years in the US Navy as a Communications Technician. Fifteen years running his own computer business building and repairing computers. Five years as the Network Administrator for a National hardware distributor. Majored in Business Management and Communications in college.

 

Vice President: Frank Beard
Skills and experience: Serviced 23 years in the US Marine Corp as a Logistics Specialist. Ten years running his own computer business building and repairing computers. Frank is now doing part time consulting and Tech Support with us.

 

 

 

 

Chief Financial Officer/Corporation Secretary: Barbara Heppe
Twenty-three years as the manager and product ordering for a bookstore in Napa, CA. Owner of several small businesses. Majored in Biology and minored in Computers in college.

In Memoriam
On January 4th, 2006 Dee Beard,
our Chief Financial Officer and beloved wife of Frank Beard for 26 years died due to cancer.
