Indoor POE Unit
The Single-Port Power over Ethernet Injector is designed for Wi-Fi deployments with long cable runs typically found in public access venues such as hotels, airports, marinas, or similar environments. The key advantage of our PoE injector is the high power output. 48 v and 1 amp. This is more than double the .35 amp typically provided by PoE injectors, and you can deploy Ethernet runs greater than 100 meters without worrying about getting sufficient power to your devices. In addition, our PoE injector has a rugged metal case with a power supply included exceeding the durability of most single port injectors. ValuePoint Networks POE-12M Rugged Power over Ethernet (POE) switch combines
QoS and VLAN with 802.3af remote power for standard network cabling up to
100 meters, remotely manageable from any Web browser or SNMP Manager. We designed
the POE-12M for larger Wi-Fi deployments requiring multiple Access Points
(APs) and VLAN. A single POE-12M unit provides complete power and data for
twelve (12) access points that can be remotely power cycled. A remotely manageable
PoE switch saves costly on-site visits. Deploying the POE-12M is more cost
effective than a separate VLAN switch and mid-Span PoE hub, dramatically lowering
your infrastructure costs, and increasing your Return on Investment.
